Natural Landscape Postcards for Earth Day

Hello everyone!

This international swap is one of a series of swaps for store-bought only postcards. Just another way to expand your collection! The challenge of these swaps are to meet the postcard requirements...these are not those 'anything-goes' swaps, as I know there are postcard collectors with some pretty specific postcard preferences.

This particular swap is for natural landscape postcards, in honor of Earth Day, April 22 - our swap date! A natural landscape postcard for this swap is defined as a single actual photograph (not multiview) of an area anywhere in the world that appears to be undisturbed by human intervention. This landscape can comprise mountains, desert, wilderness, jungle, forest...whatever appeals to you. This means no houses, trails/roads, bridges, farms, or any other cultural disruption. Titles/text on the card are OK.

You will send 1 postcard to each one of your 2 partners, for a total of 2 postcards. By default, these should be naked, meaning written and stamped. While not obligated to do so, you may fulfill your partner's specific preference for a clean(blank) postcard in an envelope.

This swap is open to everyone, although I reserve the right to ban swappers who I may conclude based on ratings may not fulfill the swap obligations. Newbies must have a completed profile. If you believe that you have been rated unfairly in the past, please PM me. Don't forget to include the swap name and your swap-bot username on the postcard, so your partners can easily rate you!

For you newbies, how it works in a nutshell is that after the sign-up date has passed, you will soon be notified via email that it's time to start swapping and that partners have been assigned. Partner addresses will then be available here for you linked on this swap page, and you will need to mail your postcards by the swap date.
