Small Surprise Package for Mom/Grandma/Sister etc

My mom loves to quilt, she would love a pattern, fabric or thread. She also crochets, so a skein of nice yarn would be nice as well...

I love this swap! I would like to surprise my daughter (if I can keep the surprise!) She is a working Mom, minister's wife and good friend. She has allergies to strong scents. She doesn't do needlework or crafts, so would enjoy receiving that sort of thing. I sent her a birthday Dotee for her birthday card, and she said it was her all-time favorite "card". She loves coffee. She enjoys reading. Better Homes and Gardens is her favorite magazine. She loves cooking, so would enjoy recipes.

This will be for my girlfriend. I have a party every year for my eight best girlfriends(my husband and their husbands are not allowed) this gift will be given to one of them. The party is on the 23rd of May.

I would love for my dear mom to receive this swap. She's been caring for my grandparents over the past two years (grandpa died a year ago; grandma has severe dementia & is in the final stages) at her home and she loves to see the swaps I receive, but doesn't have the time right now to participate.

She loves to cook & share her home with others. Read. Garden. Hot Drinks. Spa & Girly pretty things. Fun Jewelry. Cross-stitch.

This will be a bright spot in her busy life.

My mom is very spiritual (Greek Orthodox), loves scented candles (lavender & citrus); gardening (has the meanest green thumb that I know), has a lovebird (Lego) that's become her best friend, loves Gregorian chant music (cd), loves sitting outside with her flowers and watching nature; drinks decaf coffee and flavored teas

I'd like to do this swap for my mother-in-law. She is such a great MIL and also an awesome grandma to my kids. She loves coffee (but not tea), has a VERY green thumb, loves flowers and anything handmade (but doesn't have time to craft a lot), likes fairies, bath products (no shower stuff as they do not have one), chocolate, animals and reading.

She is a great mom and nana.

My mom loves to get packages in the mail. She is 77, small and only 5 ft. tall. She loves the dotee dolls I've given her, drinks only plain Folger's coffee, and rarely eats chocolate. She likes Tabu perfume, crochet-edged anything, and anything TINY. She has a small dog and is raising a 14 yr. old granddaughter. She likes candles. She is sad because her 3 daughters live so far away now.

I am doing this for my sister. She is a 24 year old, single mother of 2 girls (ages 7 and 3) who attends college fulltime and tries to manage her house hold the best she can. Things are constantly a struggle for her, but she is determined to stick with it and finish school so they can have a better life. She rarely gets to buy the little extra things in life for herself. She is going to school to be a nutrionist. She is a vegetarian and loves things related to that (stickers, notepad, buttons, etc). She loves pin up girls and things from that era. She also likes tattoos and tattoo art. Likes things with cherries and hearts on them. Things she doesn't like is the Mary Englebrite type stuff, cutsey crafty looking things or things that are country looking.

I am so glad to be able to do this for her, she is sooo deserving. She is going to be thrilled to get something in the mail other than bills!!

I would like to have this one sent to my dear daughter-in-law, Karin. She is a hardworking Mom--she works an 8 hr day and has 2 little girls, 3 1/2 yrs and 7 mos. I know she would love anything with her name on it as she has an unusual spelling. She loves Christian music, she's a Sunday school teacher, too. She adores Skittles candy---I know she will get a big kick out of whatever is sent to her. I love these 'send to others' swaps!
