Found--a way to thrift the cuff right here!! Since a shirt has 2 sleeves you'll need to make 2. No waste! One for each partner! My mom used to whack the sleeves for short sleeves on dad's shirts come spring. Of course she probably threw the scrap sleeve away after she save the buttons .( Wonder where all those buttons went?? Well that's for another hunt!) Make one coin purse for each partner!
