Hello Swappers! My grandfather and I are very close. He's dyeing from a brain tumor and had surgery this week. The doctors told us he will not have long. He's barely holding on and feels very lonely. I see him as much as I can! I know he would love to receive get well cards or postcards. If you could please send to Jim Hallock 12484 74th Ave N Maple Grove MN, 55369 it would mean the world! It would put a smile on his face. Send whoever you are partners with a letter or a cute postcard filled out. You could become pen pals! or just a letter about you and your hobbies.

Aww.. I'm so sorry to hear this. :( my papa had a stroke in his brainstem & heart attack on Nov 22nd 2005 & passed on Dec 1st 2005.. he was my daddy in all means.. my grandparents raised me & it just devastated me when he passed... It was so unexpected & all. :( id be more than glad to send your grandpa a card. :) I wish I could send a hug to him also. :) keep us updated on him, okay?
