Description:

I couldn't help but laugh while reading all of the replies to a thread in the forum. Have you ever had those less than nice postal workers who have just rolled their eyes when you bring in those nicely decorated envelopes???? Do they seem less than nice about posting them?? Well, then you are in luck!! This swap is for you!!! You will have three partners. For each partner, you will decorate your envelopes as nice and pretty as possible. Try to use all of the envelope!! You can also make your envelope out of patterned paper or other material. Just make sure to decorate it, too. Also make sure it is put together enough to make it through the mail! Inside, you will send a note or a letter. You will also send a small surprise such as a postcard, blank notecard, stickers, bookmark, or anything else flat that will fit in the envelope!

So, 3 partners, 1 decorated envie, note and surprise for each.

This should be a simple swap for all who sign up!

Now the not so fun stuff. Minimum of at least 15 type 3 swaps completed (sent, received, and rated). No recent and unexplained 1's, and no recent, unexplained, or excessive 3's. If you decide not to send or flake, I WILL angel. But, I WILL also report you to the flaker groups and post in the forums. If you are going to be late, please communicate with your partner BEFORE the send date. If you must leave a low rating, please make every attempt to resolve the issue prior to rating. If you have any questions, please contact me through message or leave a comment here!!!!

Mannnnn I'd love to join, but I'm a 4.94 :(

would love to join if it was USA Only! :)

US postage is VERY cheap compared with many other countries. Besides, there are way too many US only swaps already out there.

You are brilliant to take advantage of this idea! Your swap could become a sensation - changing the minds of USPS workers, one post office at a time. Great way to get attention for mail art.

I'll be watching to see if this swap runs again. I love the idea but I'm booked up on swaps right now (and new to mail art, so I want to make sure I have time to make something really nice).
