Description:
This is not going to be your every day ATC swap. For this swap you will make a sparkly ATC using your partner's choice of color. Your ATC MUST have a sparkle element AND be 75% the color your partner chooses. Since you will not be able to create your ATC until partner's are assigned you will have 2 weeks to mail your art. @deskitty Is it okay if I let my partner choose from two or three colours?

If I can let my partner pick, I'd say: olive, black or teal. If I have to name the colour myself I go with purple.
