Hi all! My favorite Austen character is, predictably, Elizabeth Bennet, but to mix things up I plan to write as either Mrs. Bennet, or one of the younger sisters. Perhaps Lydia. We shall see...

Ah, I see now, I'm supposed to say who my favorite is so my partners know who to write as... Yes, now I get it... Well, I'd love to hear from Lady Catherine De Bourgh, and I'll write as whoever my partners would like to hear from.

I think I have overextended myself in the mail-art department, and so even though this swap is totally awesome, I think I am going to drop out of it rather than risk doing a substandard job with my cards. But what a great idea!

I love Lizzie Bennett!! But, if that's overdone, I really think her Mother is great too (.i.e., Mrs. Bennett)

Hey folks, A really good questian was PMed me about this swap that I thought I should share.

I was asked what you should do if you don't know the story in which your partner's prefered characters are from? If you don't know the story then write from a character that you do know, but ask your partner if that is alright with her.

I'd have to say any of the Bennetts, Mr. Collins, or Mr. Darcy (of course!) from Pride and Prejudice, either of the sisters from Sense and Sensibility, or Fanny Price from Mansfield Park. Not a big fan of anyone from Emma, and I'm not really familiar with Northanger Abbey or Persuasion (yet!) Can't wait to see my postcards!

Sorry, I haven´t yet send my cards :( They are ready in the envelopes, but I haven´t had a chance to take them to the post office yet. But I will - today!
