Collaborative Book page mini-zine for 3

This is a book based/altered text mini zine swap. Each participant acquires a book, of at least six chapters, and use its cover and pages from various chapters to create alternating pages of the zine. We each start with a Title Page (Page 1) made from the book cover or an imagined book cover and a back page to put our names, dates and page numbers. We then pass to the next participant who does . . Page 2 (First text page) Altered text taken from somewhere in your Chapter 1. Note your name, user name and date in the second space on the back page. Send to the next participant who does . . Page 3 Use an idea and page from your Chapter 2 to create an illustration/graphic which may include highlighted text or not, as you wish. Try to include a character or main setting. Note your name, user name and date in the third space on the back page. Then send on Page 4 Another altered text, using your Chapter 3 then send on. Page 5 From your Chapter 4 a page with an illustration and some sort of embellishment. Then send on. Page 6 Another altered text from your Chapter 5 then pass on Page 7 An illustrated or highlighted text page from your Chapter 6. This should either conclude the story OR create a "Cliffhanger" ending that might lead to another zine. Lets make our stories fun. So much story, such a small medium. The rotation will be Catherine to Lily, Lily to Colleen, Colleen to Catherine.
