November 1 thru November 30 BLACKWORK butterfly

--one 6 ½” (or larger) embroidered butterfly blocks

One partner should receive from you 1 block that is at least 6 ½ inches square and have at least one butterfly on each block. Blocks should be on plain white background or on white on white print background. You may add other things with your butterfly as long as you have at least one butterfly on each block and only use the color options for that month. Feel free to make multiple butterflies on one block.

Be sure to fill up as much of the 6 ½” block as possible leaving at least a ¼” seam allowance around the outside.

November = black butterfly

December = red, green, blue and gold butterfly (be sure to use all four colors in some way on the block – either one red, one green, one blue and one gold butterfly, or a combination of all four on one butterfly)
