Description:
To kick off our new Washi Tape group, let's have a simple washi tape swap. You will have 2 partners and to each of them you will send 4 different washi tape strips, about 12" for each tape. Sender's choice. Please decorate your envelope with washi strips too. Wishy Washi Easy, eh? Come out & play!!

If you've never sent washi tape before, below are some ideas on what to put it on.

Put clear packing tape on a piece of card stock and wrap it around several times.
The other day at the Dollar Store, I bought a cheapie plastic placemat and I just cut it up into postcard sizes (you can use any size basically that you want) and wrapped it around that. I didn't have to use packing tape because it's plastic.
Wrap wax paper around a thin piece of cardboard, then wrap the tape on the wax paper.
Wrap it around popsicle sticks.
Wrap it around something laminated.
Wrap it a piece of sheet protector

Basically you want something waxy, shiny, or "plastic" in nature so it won't stick permanently to it.
