Everybody has interesting or amusing stories about their family that get passed down through the generations. It can be something that happened recently, or growing up, or something long ago in your family history. Write or type this story, make it into mini-zine with a decorative cover,and send to 3 people. Make one for yourself and to pass on to your family too! The size of the book or the length of the story isn't important. You can decorate it in any way you want, too. This swap is open internationally. Have fun! Anyone with poor ratings will be banned.

this may sound silly, but i just want to be clear on this. you make a zine style book (*photocopied) and then decorate a unique cover for it?

For the pages, You can type it, write it long hand, photocopy it, and yes, you decorate a unique cover for it.

I just made my first zine in atc size, now I'd like to try a regular one. I already know what my subject will be, and I think this will be fun to do! Thanks for making it so easy! One questions...I really have never seen what a zine looks like, I've seen web pages on them, but I'd like to see one in reality. Is there anyone out there who might be willing to send me one? I'll be glad to pay postage. my addy is susi unupi 18212 N 88th Ave Peoria AZ 85382 I hope it's ok to ask this, I just don't know enough about them, nor do I know where to get some. we lost power due to a huge snow/ice storm this weekend so i had time to finish my zine, so i sent it out yesterday.

I'm a little bit behind on my 'zine, need to check a few details with my grandparents, but my grandad is in hospital so I'll have to wait a few days, but I'm sure while he is resting up afterward he will tell me all the details!

Yesterday I recieved a wonderful zine from jessica Trpp! Now I really saw what a zine should look like! It was very interesting to read, and was made like a small magazine! You deserve a 5+ for it! If I don't remember to rate you when it's time to do it, please remind me! Thanks for such a nicely made interesting zine. Now i am little worried about mine, it is nothing as well done as this one was! Susi
