Description:
Here's the deal: You'll have two partners this round Step one: Get an envelope; plain or you can make it Step two: Decorate it with mustaches. You can draw them, stamp them, use washi tape, get cute images off the internet, stickers, etc. Try and cover the majority of this envelope and put EFFORT! You can make it the typical black and white OR you can use colors :D Totally up to you. Step three: Find a mustache item to send to your partner. If it's small like stickers, please give them a full sheet.
