i think old postage stamps can be so beautiful, like tiny works of art. this swap is meant for people who would like to add new stamps to their collections. this is a good way to get rid of duplicate stamps you may have or those you are ready to pass along. you'll have three partners to whom you will send ten different stamps each. some rules: stamps should be cancelled/used. they can be from any country, but please try to send stamps from a variety of different places, if possible. please make sure the stamps you send are in good condition - that the picture is still visible through the postmark and the stamp itself is not torn no stamps from 1980 on, please. this swap is for vintage (25 years and older) postage stamps only. if there are any stories or special information about any of the stamps, i'm sure your partner would be happy to hear about them! as a general rule, please refrain from sending any stamps you would not like to receive yourself. because of the holidays, the deadline for sending the stamps will be a little late (january 15).
