I want to try to collect an ATC for all 50 states. For this swap you will have 1 partner and you will make one ATC based on a state in the USA. You do not currently have to live in the state you choose. Unlike other state swaps anyone can join and do any state. If you already have the state you receive from you partner, then you can always trade it. Have fun.
