SUPER BIG state FLAG PC swap

This is a big project, so please do not take this lightly.

You will be mailing out 20 state FLAG postcards, and you will get back 20 different state FLAG postcards, because only one person Per state can sign up. I am in Arizona.

I am envisioning that the flag is the major portion of the postcard. it is not one of many many listed state items. So this is not a postcard swap with the flag and the bird and the map etc, but a card dedicated to the state flag. I can adjust this requirement if the majority are ok with the flag just being somewhere on the card. but we all need to be on the same page.

This is a USA only swap. Please LIST your STATE in the comment ONLY AFTER you have JOINED.

You have at least 10 days to mail after the swap closing deadline.

All postcards are to be stamped, and written on and mailed NOT in an envelope aka Naked.

I will delete questionable players closer to the closing deadline.

If we dont get 20 players then we will mail to those we do get. When we get 21 players I may chose to close the swap early, but will not change the send by date.

This is a USA only swap, but look for an international flag swap in Jan 2014
