11/12/13 Postcard Swap NON-US

This swap is international for everyone who isn't living in the USA. In the US people use a different system (MM.DD.YY) while in most other countries you use (DD.MM.YY). If you have a different format than DD.MM.YY, please avoid signing up because only this format is acceptable. You will get a 3 otherwise.

Similar formats are acceptable (111213). This special date must be there, however. And it's not allowed to be reversed in any way.

Send your 1 partner 1 postcard that is stamped on the 11/12/13. Make sure your post office stamps it exactly on the 11/12/13.

I would recommend to actually go to your post office and ask them to stamp it for you if you're not 100% sure when they're going to stamp it. The date appearing on the card must be 11/12/13.

The theme is sender's choice but you must look at their profile and not pick something from your partner's dislikes.

Postcard must be sent naked (written on and stamped).

Only swappers with a rating above 4.98 are allowed. No unrated swappers. Each person who joins must have at least 5 completed type 2 swaps or at least 4 type 3 ones. To minimize the risk of someone being flaked on, I'll go over all the swappers who sign up and will ban anyone who will not meet the requirements or will be otherwise questionable in my opinion.
