I have always loved the Care Bears and I even have alot of them in my Care Bear Room! Its a room I have painted with Care Bears all over it.

I check all profiles before setting partners so I will get rid of those with alot of 1-3s. I know with new people that haven't joined alot of swaps just 1 bad rating can drop it that low.
