2014 Resolutions & Goals

So every year we come up with unrealistic goals...we stick to it for about a week and then kick it to the side.

I want 2014 to be a better year... so I want to do a swap where we share our "realistic" goals for 2014...how you plan to achieve your goals and when you want to accomplish them...etc

Since this is an email swap I am not putting real strict requirements...its an email swap so if you flake and get a bunch of 1s then I dunno what to say lol
