Collage Fairy or Angel PC

This swap will be for a collage handmade postcard. You can pick fairy or angel, which ever is easier for you to do and send it to your partner. You will have one partner. Write a short message on the PC and send it to your partner. It should be creative and pretty but simple enough to go through the mail as a PC. So flat mail but pretty and creative mail.

Remember it must be rectangular and the min size is at least 3-1/2 inches high x 5 inches long x 0.007 inch thick and the max size is no more than 4-1/4 inches high x 6 inches long x 0.016 inches thick. Anything smaller will not ship and anything larger will cost regular first class prices not postcard prices.

This swap is international. International PC postage from the USA is about $1.10 at the moment but is going up by 1 cent on the 26 of Jan. The post office does sell first class international stamps.
