SMSUS - How Do I Love Me?

So often we forget that in order to love others we must first love ourselves. It's so easy to neglect ourselves and to be extremely hard on and unforgiving of ourselves.

For this swap you will have one partner. You will send that partner a Valentine's Day card (store bought and can be in any language) and include the following (the letter must be in English):

• 3 strengths/talents you have
• 3 things you like about yourself
• 3 things you are grateful for in your life right now

Please write these things in letter form to include in your card. It should be at least one page on standard size stationery (nothing small or half size).

Remember to do something special for yourself at least once a week (although really it should be once a day) to remind yourself that you are worthy of love from yourself and others.
