ATC Postage stamp Collage #8

I asked Mo7214 if I could host the last two stamp swaps so we could complete our set. She said yes! (But I did not go to Jareds!!!)

Make one ATC for one partner with postage stamp collage as the background. Then you can decorated and embellish how ever you want to.Postage stamps must cover most of the background.

NOTE: the postage stamp collage is the background, then you do your art on top of the collage.

As long as you get one ATC with postage stamps collage background you have to rate a 5. It's is senders choice, so we all take a little risk.

I can't wait to get a sleeve of postage collage ATC's.

Here's what an ATC is: Artist trading cards (or ATCs) are miniature works of art 21⁄2 by 31⁄2 inches (64 mm × 89 mm). Cards are produced in various media, including dry media (pencils, pens, markers, etc.), wet media (watercolor, acrylic paints, etc.), paper media (in the form of collage, papercuts, found objects, etc.). They need to have a sturdy backing. You can add your name, art name, date and contact info if you want.

I will open this up to anyone with a 4.9 rating that has completed 10 type 3 swaps. No 1 in the past 3 months.(Nov 2013) I am firm on this ratings.
