TPD: Alter a Notecard for Beginners (Zentangling)

Absolutely NO artistic skill is required for this swap. Really.

Take a purchased mailable size notecard with a printed image on the front.

Alter the front by adding some zentangles to it.

Do NOT completely cover the front - just make it interesting or pretty or even silly. Maybe add a border, or fill in a flower, or even tattoo a face - whatever you like. We are not seeking perfection here, just having some fun.

Inside, write (or insert a typed note) to your partner about one of the following, in accordance with how your altered notecard looks to you:

• something interesting

• something pretty

• something silly

I couldn't find any images online to show what I mean, but here is a PC I made a while back that is similar:

I digitally altered the image and printed it out. Then I hand drew the white zentangling inside the window and the door. Hope this helps!
