It's high time we have a Change of Heart! This swap is a behavior challenge... For seven days ( yes, 7 straight days!) you must do your ABSOLUTE BEST to refrain from ALL Arguing, Complaining, Criticizing, and Gossiping... I've done this before and it's a tough thing. This challenge will really show you how much more often you might do these things than you think. The 7 days should fall between Monday, March 10th, and Monday March 24th. Following your last day, write a positive quote postcard for your partner OR email them your results and conclusions. Keep in touch during the week, too, if you'd like encouragement and commiseration!! Good luck to us both :-)
