For this swap you will write a letter to your partner using your oldest writing implement. You can use a pen, pencil, fountain pen, or even typewriter. No computer printing unless you are using dot matrix on computer paper with the holes on the sides. You can introduce yourself to your partner, write about anything you desire. But make sure you tell your partner about what you are writing with. Above all, have fun 4.99 rating or above. Newbies welcome.

How I would love to join your swap as I inherited my great grand father's writing pen - hand carved wood that holds metal pen tips, but your rating requirement for this swap is too low 4.50. Don't mind getting a newbie for the swap, its being matched with some one who has a 4.50 rating - rated low for late sendings &/or flaking!

Sorry about the above. I was going to say same here, as I have a quill pen that would be fun to try but I do not join swaps with lower than 4.99 rating requirements.

Just to clarify... Does my "oldest writing implement" means the one that is in my possession the longest time, the one in my family's possession for the longest time, or the one that was manufactured the longest time ago (even if I bought it last year)? I guess I can use them all! (^^)
