For this swap you'll be creating 1 mail art envelope for your partner incorporating (at least) 6 of the following 12 elements: a rose a cat with a hat something green part of an actual seed packet a whale or dolphin a bird part of a doily a quote an Asian image a rubber-stamped image faux postage a fairy tale character Inside the envelope you'll include an inexpensive flat surprise. Your envelope should measure at least 5" x 7" but larger is just fine. If you've never created mail art before, take the plunge! It's a great creative outlet and anything goes. If you're already a mail art enthusiast, won't you join in the fun?

I go over my entire envelope with gel medium to ensure nothing gets torn/ripped off.
