US/Canada.

Memory wire comes in several sizes and at least two colors. It's great for bracelets or necklaces when you're not QUITE sure what size someone might need!

It's widely available at Hobby Lobby and (I believe) at Michael's and JoAnn's stores as well. If you seriously cannot find any and want to join the swap, PM me before the cutoff day and I'll try to send you some.

For this swap, you will send one partner two items you made using a memory-wire base. One item may be something like a small windchime/suncatcher or a flattish bit that could go in a scrapbook; the other item should be a bracelet with at least three "wraps."

Memory wire is fairly cheap and the beads or whatever don't need to be pearls and emeralds, so I figured this would be a cool way to play around and share some ideas :)

Please do check your partner's profile for their likes and dislikes (Did I even need to say this? Everything anyone on this site has sent me has been glorious!).

Keep an open mind about what you'll be getting and let's all have some creative fun!

I've never made a non-jewelry item with memory wire before. I've made a couple of neat bracelets with it recently though, it's a lot of fun to work with.
