Lets make mail art postcard from magazine clippings. So you will make 1 postcard to your 1 partner. Use only magazine clippings to decorate the card. Take a cardboard and some old magazines. Cut bits and pieces from the magazine and decorate the cardboard. Make something nice! You may not use any other embellishments than magazine clippings! It is sender's choice what kind of pictures you use, if you have a theme or random pictures... Nothing rude though! Send your postcard written and stamped! No envelope as the card is the mail art itself. No recent 3's or unresolved 1's!

Are we allowed to cover the postcard with clear tape to keep everything on there? I don't know if it'll make an international journey with just glue.

Yes it's allowed as long as the decoration is just magazine clippings. It's up to you how you glue or tape them.
