Description:

Lets give a Book Themed Mail Art Envie a try.

Any interpretation of Edgar Allen Poe's works is welcome, whether you use the author himself as a focal point or something from his books, like the Raven, or Tell Tale Heart, or "Nevermore" phrase for example. Do your best work, you don't have to be experienced in mail art to join. You can use any art medium you choose to create your Poe Mail Art Envie, it could be collage, stamping, drawing, its up to you, just take the time to do work your proud of!

The envie size should be no smaller than around or close to 5x7 or if you go bigger than no larger than a 6x9 size. In your envie include a short letter or card (a few paragraphs at least) telling your partner what your favorite books to read are, what the first book you ever read was, and the book that has had the largest impact on you as a reader. As a bonus you could also include a favorite quote of yours about loving books/reading, or what your currently reading now.

Then along with your letter put in a Small Flat Profile Surprise for your partner, if its book related, even better! Postcards, a sticker sheet, book pages, or a couple bookmarks, that kind of thing.

Note: Make sure your embellishments wont fall off, tape over it neatly if you need to or use strong glue!
