Hi there, I very intrigued by the matchbox concept but have never done one before. Can you decorate a pre-made match box or do you have to construct one from scratch??

you decorate a premade matchbox.

and for size a 32ct matchbox is about 5.3 x 3.6 x 1.2 cm

I'm working on mine right now! When we mail these, can they be mailed in a regular envelope? Also, do you think I would only need one stamp on the envelope, or two?

bizzles, I would not recommend a regular envelope as they usually get crushed that way. It's best to mail them in a bubble mailer with lots of extra padding.
