Blue Washi Tape

Themed washi tape swap. 2 partners, international.

Send each partner 3 samples of blue washi tape, each sample at least 12 inches (30cm) long. The tape does not have to be completely blue, but blue needs to be obvious. blue tape with clouds counts, polka dot tape with only a few blue dots does not.

No more than 1 solid and 1 seasonal tape per envelope. Please wrap your samples around something they won't stick to: playing card, atc wrapper, bobbin, etc.

For this swap, I require a 4.95 rating, no 1s owed to swappers who have logged in in the months of March, April, May, or June, and no excessive 3 ratings (up to my descretion). I reserve the right to ban anyone for any reason, including but not limited to being a problem swapper, non rater, someone who sends crap, limited profile, late sender, or just plain bad feelings.
