Description:

For this swap you will create one Quilt Block ATC for 1 partner. This will be a series of 5 different patterns. The first pattern will be a 9 Patch. This will be an easy ATC because it will be mainly little squares of paper (9 squares) and we can use up some of those scraps we have for these! With a little effort these can be really nice. We will be making quilt blocks but with paper and glue instead of fabric and thread!!

If you want to work ahead....the blocks will be in this order:

9 Patch
Bow-tie
Scrappy
Log Cabin
Star pattern ( your choice because there are so many out there)

Guidelines
Standard ATC Size 2.5 x 3.5 inches
Sturdy Backing
Name of swap and your swap-bot name on back.
Put ATC in protective sleeve. Paper or Plastic.

I will be checking profiles and will ban if necessary.

Enjoy!

OOOH! This is an awesome idea for a swap! Does it have to look similar to the swap photo? (with the one block?) Or can we have multiple of the blocks on the ATC?

@jessielightyear the picture above is actually one of the star patterns.....a 9 patch is 9 squares....so you would make 9 squares...3 across x 3 rows = 9 patches.....all the same size squares.... ex: make 9 different squares @ 1/2" per square....and make it look like a quilt!
