UPCYCLED Postcard

I LOVE the idea of handmade postcards! I recently participated in a recycled PC swap that I really thought was awesome so I thought I'd make one! In this swap UPCYCLED simply refers to taking something like an old greeting card, cardboard box with an appealing logo, cereal boxes, cracker/cookie boxes etc.. OR a postcard that you've received from another swap and are willing to "REDECORATE" to pass on to another person in this swap! You can embellish the card however you'd like.. incorporate the image on the box into the decorations or just find a beautiful/appealing picture on a food box and send it that way so your penpal can see some of the foods from where you live. This is an international swap so it would be interesting to see what others have in other countries!! The postcards are to be mailed "naked" and written on. Include the name of the swap on the card so your partner knows which swap it pertains to as most swappers here have multiples going at once. Just remember it's going naked so make sure any embellishments are secured to the card!

This swap is NEWBIE FRIENDLY! It's a great way to get your feet wet and a feel for more creative swapping without having to do a lot of work or spend a lot of money on shipping. Please have a well filled out profile and no unresolved 1's . Not having a rating will NOT prohibit you from participating in this swap as most newbies (like me) don't have any or many!
