For this Regional (USA) postcard swap you will have 4 (FOUR) partners and you will send 1(ONE) written on store-bought HALLOWEEN postcard to each of the four. Make it extra festive by using orange ink, Halloween or special postage stamps, a Halloween sticker or other Halloween decorating. Swappers have to have a minimum of 10 swaps under their belts that are not e-mail or Pinterest related and no recent 1 ratings. Please do not enter a swap you have no intention of honoring. I will angel anyone flaked upon after you have given your partner the appropriate "1" rating. These one ratings are necessary to forewarn other hosts before assigning for their swaps.
