Wow me! ATC Swap (edited)

Okay. So I have over 90 swaps under my belt, and two of those have rated me a "1", claimed they didn't get their pkg, when I KNOW I sent it. It 's been hard to come back to these 'pings' on my record, though I offered to resend to those who said they didn't receive. No response, no chance to rectify this situation. If this is the case for you too, here's a chance to improve your rating, at least to a small degree, for now. You will have two partners in which you will send your best ATC work. Extras are encouraged ( note, paper ephemera, etc) though not required. Don't sign up if you don't plan to fulfill. I won't be happy if I have to angel for you.

Make sure your finished ATC is the standard 2 1/2 by 3 1/2 and on sturdy backing. Your art is your choice, as long as it involves at LEAST half an hour to assemble and the finished product is something you would be thrilled to receive. Take your time and make it special. The object is to make your partner happy...and to improve your ratings as well. Have fun and work hard. I will host more of these swaps if the reception is good. I will also check profiles and ratings, please explain any low ratings you have, prior to joining the swap.

Another note; you do not have to have a lower rating to join this swap.
