Crazy, Excessive, Surprize Letter Swap!

I dont know about any of you, but I LOVE getting letters in the mail.. I ESPECIALLY love getting letters with all kinds of randomness in them..

Some examples:

• confetti
• memo papers
• extra stickers
• bookmark
• earrings
• jewellery
• note card

of course, it'll have to be in a bigger envelope and it mat cost a little more, so I'm restricting this to Canada and the States

Since I cant really place a monetary value per letter, I think a reasonable amount of items to put in the envelope would be 5 items.

No one with no-sends (if you've got a plausable reason, CONTACT me, or I'll have to ban), no one with multiple 3's and no newbies for this one.

Decorate the hell out of the letter itself (1 page and a half to 2 pages) and the envelope!
