Pokemon ATC Swap- Ice type!

December has finally rolled around, and it's starting to become rather cold for some of us. In celebration of this, let's show our appreciation for ice type Pokemon! This will be done by creating one ATC for one swap partner.

The ATC (which will abide by the usual size constraints:2.5" x 3.5") can be created using whichever medium and method your heart desires. It can be drawn, painted, collaged, whatever. This ATC will, of course, feature one (or more) ice type Pokemon. All that I ask is that you create something that you would like to receive. People do appreciate quality, after all.

Everyone with a rating over 4.9 is allowed, as well as newbies who have well-filled profiles (I WILL check!). I will angel, if needed-- but let's not flake, yeah? You will only be creating one card for one person-- I'd say that's fair enough.
