You should put the swap name in the subject line. CSG~ Jan. 2015 Prayer Requests Swap You may copy & paste that from here. Then go to the VIEW PARTICIPANTS LIST and click on the first participant. When at their profile click on SEND MESSAGE.

Put this swap title as the subject.....

Type your MESSAGE..... Add any pictures you may want to add ;-) COPY Everything you wrote before you send that message. NOW go to the next person on the list of participants and send them the same thing! ;-) EASY.... Go through the whole list and send to everyone!
