ABC - color of flags ATC - C is Cape Verde

Let's make a ATC with the colors of a flag in it!

Use only the colors which are in the flag when you make your ATC, no other colors. What you decide to put on the ATC is up to you. It's not necessary that it has to do with the country or the territory of that flag.

This will be an Alphabet ATC series. I like those and hopefully you too. :)

The third flag which starts with C is the flag of Cape Verde. :) The flag has the colors dark blue, red, white and yellow.. :)

You can use any technique you want to make your ATC. Please be creative and do not just print out something. Write your name, the name of the ATC and the date on the back of your ATC.

You will have 1 partner, which means you need to make 1 ATC.

RULES AND GUIDELINES 1. You must have at least a 4.7 to participate

1. No 1's or 3's (unexplained) in the last 6 months

2. NO FLAKERS ALLOWED

3. Please don't join if you know you don't want to put quality effort into it.

4. Make your ATC one you would want to receive.

The next flag will be D for Denmark. The colors are red and white.
