Southern Hemisphere-Wheel of the Year Swap #2 of 8

Pagans in the Southern Hemisphere will be celebrating Halloween on May 1. The theme of this swap is THE GUARDIAN OF THE GATE.

Veils between the worlds are the thinnest at this time, so we make easier connections with our ancestors, our spirit guides and the divine. It is a dark time of the soul where we face the deep.

According to the the legend, when the Goddess goes into the Underworld, She must pass 7 gates and surrender what is no longer essential to Her life. Eventually She must come clean. The Guardian will not let her pass the gates until She is ready for what is on the other side.

Select one of the chakras / Gates and make something for your partner that symbolizes the healing aspects. Suggestions are the use of a specific chakra color in whatever you make and send. You can find a special stone or crystal; a prayer flag with a healing message. PCs or NCs with gates on them. You can make, or purchase and send whatever moves you and is significant.
