Mail Art ATC ~ St. Patricks Day

People send a lot of fun mail art and rather than toss it I decided to give it new life as an ATC.

For this swap you will use St. Patricks day mail art you have received to create one atc for one partner. Any stickers, envelopes, washy tape decorations, stamped images, punches from envelopes, etc. are fair game. You may use one or two new components, or other recycled elements but the majority of the card should be mail art. Standard 2.5"x3.5" rule applies.

Sometimes one or both adresses on an envelope are decorated, you cannot use them. Your card cannot have a legible address on it.

Because this mail art is expected to have survived the voyage through the post office it does not have to look pristine, but you are expected to create a card you would enjoy having in your collection. Do not just cut something off an envelope, glue it to a backing and call it a day, use components from the envelopes to make your own art.

This is not a profile based swap, so you can start crafting now. Sending in a decorated envelope is not required.

The minimum rating for this swap is 4.95 with no recent 1 or 3s. I will angel if necessary, but I shouldn't have to. Anyone who flakes on one of my swaps will not be allowed in another.
