Description:
Stamp an image with dark ink on light vellum. I used StazOn ink. Heat emboss with clear embossing powder. Color your image with markers on the reverse side of your vellum. Allow to dry. Adhere vellum to light colored cardstock with the embossed side to the front. Use adhesive behind the colored areas or use vellum tape. You may add anything else to this ATC but the focal point is your piece that looks like stained glass. One partner will receive one ATC.
