Description:

This is a swap for those who journal, do project life, scrapbook or write a diary. It's also for those who haven't done such a thing before and would like to give it a try. You can join at any time and join as many swaps as you want.

Once a month you will visit a place and document that trip/event in a format that suits you. Every 2 weeks ther will be a prompt you can use to document your daily life during this summer. You will send your partner an email that shows your documentation. This can be a picture of what you made, a typed journal entry or a link to your blog or flickrpage (other sites are fine as well, as long as it's public). I will open a thread in the groupforum for any questions and your ideas for prompts and things to do this summer.

If this is populair I'll make this a series running till the end of september (and by then, if we still have fun, we can start a winter series). I will share the prompts on instagram as well using #documentyoursummer. Feel free to join me there as well, but there will be no swapping involved there.

We will start with a prompt: My plans for this summer are... Make lists, describe your dream vacation, find pictures, draw, collage, write. It doesn't have to be artsy, it's really up to you how you document your summer. Please send your email to your partner in time of deadline.

Hi, I live in. Southern California. Did you want our springsummer, fallsummer, wintersummer, or summersummer. LOL. We only have four seasons here. Summer, Summer, Summer and rain.

Actually I love keeping summer journals. I did one last year and it turned out so special. Looking forward to this.

😄 @cynaemon well technically it still is spring and if we end in september we will have a few days of calendar autumn as well. You can keep the rain, we have enough of that.
