Tarot/Oracle Card Reading

I am practicing/learning to do intuitive card readings and thought it would be fun to "swap" readings. Having a professional reading done can be very expensive, so I thought it would be a nice treat for us to receive a reading and also good practice to give a reading. And there's no doubt we will meet someone interesting during this swap! So, it should be a lot of fun!!

ABOUT THE READING: This swap is for a tarot card or oracle card reading (you must read from an actual physical deck you hold in you hands...not a "virtual deck" you found online). The reading is "reader's choice" meaning the person giving the reading gets to decide what kind of a spread, how many cards (though it must be more than a one card reading!!), and what type of cards. The "reader" will contact the recipient before doing the reading to ask if the recipient has a specific question or if he/she wants a general reading. The reader will then read the cards and type up (and email) a written document for the recipient. The document will include descriptions and meanings of all cards in the spread as well as the readers personal intuition and interpretation of the cards in regard to the recipient. This document should be a MINIMUM of one page long. In addition to the typed up reading the reader will email a clear photo of each of the cards used in the reading (or even better...scan all of the cards). We want to give as "professional" readings as we possibly can-even if (like me) you are a total novice. When I've done readings via internet for friends in this manner it has taken me about an hour (to do the reading and the typing). Admittedly it's a good chunk of time and a lot of "work" but in the end the recipient has a nice document that they can refer back to time and time again. That can be very helpful for someone who is working with a specific issue or looking to access their own inner wisdom. Please put a fair amount of time and energy into your reading. Aim to do a really great job and give a wonderful reading. This is something very special we are doing and we want to do it "right"...it's not something to "half @$$". I am sure we will all appreciate the time and effort that our partners put into our readings and receiving such a lovely gift will make doing the "work" of reading for our partner all that much more enjoyable. Please keep the content of your reading positive, kind, and compassionate.

SWAP REQUIREMENTS: All levels of "readers" are welcome in this swap. My own skill level is pretty much "total newbie" with some natural intuition. Swappers must have a 5 rating and have participated in at least 30 swaps (not including electronic swaps). If I suspect anyone of being a flake I will ban them. I want to be sure to have only reliable and respectful people in this swap as we will be sharing in a personal way and investing a lot of time and energy in what we give. You must be willing to communicate with your partner and fulfill the swap/reading as described above. You must be able to send emails that include documents and photos. This is an international swap, but please only sign up if you are able to write English fluently as communicating via written word is critical for this swap. We will each have 1 partner, which means you will receive on reading and give one reading. You have 3 weeks after signing up to do the reading. Please contact your partner ASAP after partners are assigned so that you and your partner can arrange a good time to do the reading.

RATING YOUR PARTNER: We are not rating based on skill level. Be aware that your partner may be at a totally different skill level than you. If that is a problem for you , then please don't sign up. We are not rating our partner on whether we like what they have to say in our reading. So long as the message is positive, kind, compassionate and there has been a reasonable amount of time and care put into it...then the swap has been fulfilled. We are rating on whether our partner...1. gives a reading 2. prepares the reading as described (typed and with photos, etc) and 3. does the reading by the deadline.
