Description:
For this swap you will create an ATC & color it using watercolor paints. Pencil, markers, etc. are fine too & can be used for enhancements just as long as watercolor is your primary medium. Your ATC does not need to be hand drawn. Be sure to mail your ATC securely so it arrives in excellent condition. Have fun creating your ATC's!
