Doctor Who enemies Halloween cut out swap

Remember those paperboard Halloween "cut outs" your teacher or mother would use to decorate windows, doors or bulletin boards with witches, pumpkins, skeletons, etc? For this swap you will have one partner, and your challenge will be to create a Halloween "cut out" with one of the Doctor's enemies as the theme. You can draw, use a picture or computer image, use craft foam cut outs, the media you choose is wide open. But, try to make it sturdy enough to be stored and reused for next year ( mount on craft foam or paperboard, laminate, etc.). And as always, send something of the same quality as you would like to receive! Please let your swap partner know if you are running late for any reason. I will angel this swap, but flakers will be exterminated! The two I got last year were fantastic! Let's do a repeat!
