Oh, no! This sounds like such a cool series to do, but I can't because I have a rule that I don't participate in sex-segregated things. It's a terrific concept. If you decide to do one that does not exclude on the basis of gender, I'll certainly join that one!

@Fenriss - Feel free to host your own if you'd like. :-) The more writing going on in the world, the better.

Do you discriminate against men in all of your swaps? That is really disappointing to see on this site. And it seems completely unnecessary in a fiction swap. I'm not sure I see the point. This would not be tolerated if one did a men only fiction swap.

Not sure if this is helpful but some of us ladies have husbands who would object to us receiving anything from a random man on the internet. Just a little feedback on why this might be the case.

MSturgill87 09/30/2015 #

@rayce has hit the nail on the head. I have a husband who does not want me receiving mail from random men on the internet. I have to carefully select swaps and keep an eye on participants and drop them if a man joins. Feel free to host your own version of any swaps I host (because yes, my swaps are ladies only, sorry).

I can understand why not men but my beef is why not other countries. if it is postage this seems general mail so should not be that expensive.

@craftycol I honestly wasn't sure if this swap would be popular or not. I will gladly host an international version. :-)
