I dont know about you, but I love getting mail with fun envelopes.
For this swap you will write your partner a short note and then decorate the heck out of the envie.
In your note include something about Halloween. A fun fact, a quote, what you like best about Halloween, your favorite costume, ect. Just to be clear, the envie you address and stamp has to be decorated. Use your rubber stamps, stickers, washi tape, markers ect,

Decorate as much as you can, the more colorful the better!
For this swap, handmade envelopes are fine, as long as they are not just scrapbook paper or calendar pages.Unless you are adding lots of other elements to them.
