You will need to get the large ONE RATE Priority mail box (size 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" x 13-5/8") from the post office. You will stuff this box with as much as you can. Shipping will cost $8.10 for the box for up to 15 lbs. you must have a rating of 4 or higher to join this swap and no history of no sends I want everyone to get a nice box of goodies to play with. this is not a box of misc junk but a list of items plus surprises 1 new item value 10.00 this can be a book on altered art, rubber stamps , paint, anything that we can use in our projects it should be new in a package and have a value of at least 10.00 2 a small doll for altering it can be made from anything just so it is a doll that we can alter. no paper dolls these should be 3 dementional dolls. about 6 to 8 inches in size a large 1/2 gallion size ziplock baggie full of broken jewerly, beads,game pieces, bits and pieces that will work for altered art a 1/2 gallon size bag of images that we can use in our art. these can be from magazines , books computer printed out from your computer, leftover images from college sheets. just make the bag nice and full. a cigar box or medium size box good for altering fill this full of ephermia before packing it. a surprise to alter this can be a box, or small doll, or mask, or something that would be fun to alter if it is a box please fill it with something we can use before packing it no empty spaces if you have any room left fill it up with whatever you think your partner would enjoy using in their art. have fun any questions just ask thanks for playing carolyn h

it is a box that cost I believe 8.50 to mail no matter how much it weighs it ships priority mail your post office can tell you which one it is

hiya carolyn! I have a question...i have never seen a half gallon bag, do you mean a quart sized one? Also, for the new items, could I send a bunch of UMs that I have duplicates and trilcates of? Or a stamp or two that I have duplicates of. I have no books on altered art that I want to part with, lol. As for the doll, can it be a like cloth doll or a baby dol or a barb etc? I've never altered a doll before, I think a cloth one might be easy and fun to do. And the game piece and jewelry... I don't have a stash of those things...I'd like to join the swap, but maybe I better not not because I might end up having to buy everything to fill it up... I need to think about it. I know I'd like to get one, it would be like christmas! but I want to be able to give a great box too. You know me, and kinda have an idea of what I have. Whaat do you think? I JUST DON'T know ! AAARRRGGGHHHH susi

Susi please play unmounted stamps would be fine for the new items just fill one of the gallon size bags about half full the dolls you suggested sounds fine as for the jewerly and such just put in whatever you have that you think your partner would like I really don't want anyone to buy anything except the new item usless you already have something new that will work otherwise it should be items you already have or can find at the dollar store, just fill the box with items that you think you partner will love

I for one would love to have some of your duplicate stamps and if you decide you don't want to play in this one I will do a simeral swap with you one on one later let me know carolyn h carolyn h

carolyn, i have been going thru my stuff, and i have more than i thought. i bough the doll today, i have an extra art mag, i can come up with stamps... the box i found is a bit small, but perfect for altering! so am in! now lets get people in thid swap, and in my slide mount swap, we can help each other, right? i'll fill the box up as good as i can! i bought a barbie today, and the ideas started flowing, i want her now, lol! maybe i'll get one for to practice on... susi

I was just checking to see who all was in this swap. There is someone called SASHA and when I went to look at her profile, it has been deleted.

Carolyn: Can you find out who Sasha was to send to and who was to send to Sasha? I've already sent my box out to Becca and I thinks he will be very happy with what I sent. It is totally full with all sorts of great items. And if Sasha was to send to me I would REALLY hate to be flaked on, in this swap because not only is postage $8.10, but the contents of the box I sent is worth a ton.

I am working on it saaha sends to me so noone else has to worry about not getting a box. Mine is almost ready to go should go out next week sometime . I have to go out and get a couple of items for it. carolyn h
