Christmas Pal :D

Fill a Priority Envelope with Goodies and a Christmas Card :D

Using a Priority Envelope, fill it to the sides are ready to bust! I enjoy filling those priority envelopes and getting the most of out of my postage! Fill em all up! Then you can put Priority Tape all around the sides so the edges don't burst open lol.

If you sign up....I can not stress enough "FILL THE ENVELOPE TO THE MAX!" because it is flat rate shipping. No matter what it will cost 5.75.

The envelope we will be using can be found at the post office. It is the Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope 12-1/2" x 9-1/2" To get the flat rate price of 5.75 the envelope is required.

Nice time to share your stash or things you don't plan on using. Sender's choice if you want idears on what to send you can look at your partner's profile.

The specifics on the envelope are below. If you are having problems finding the envelope or unsure you can talk to the cashier at the Post Office.

I am excited about this swap, please don't flake. I will angel if there is a problem. Not to worry :D

Can we use a padded envelope as well as long as it is priority and the same size?

peanutsmommy7 10/20/2015 #

And could we write items for the person or that is nor recommended?

sammieianime 10/20/2015 #

I guess if its the same size and you can still stuff it to the max. Does it cost the same amount? I was just curious :D

I am a little confused, could you expand on "write items for the person." Like hand write tags and things? Just want to give you a good answer :D

Good questions :D

Is it based on the person's profile? I am confused... LOL!! New stuff? I just don't want someone else's junk they don't want sent to me!! LOL Been there before!! :-/

is what the swap says.

@Sammieianime - The padded envelope is $6.10 to mail and not $5.75. I am willing to pay the extra. Its the same its just padded and not an envelope.

And I have NO idea what I meant for the 2nd question. So please disregard. Thank you!

peanutsmommy7 10/26/2015 #

I believe my question was can we wrap some of the items for the person to open individually?

mariamichelle 10/27/2015 #

Is this all supposed to be all Christmas stuff or other stuff or a little of both, either/or etc. lol? I also think it might be fun to wrap a few if it doesn't use extra space.

sammieianime 10/29/2015 #

Things can be from your stash, that's not a problem just make sure they are things that are nice and other people might want. Doesn't have to be Christmas related but can. If you want to use the padded envelope that is fine, please fill it to the max though (I haven't gone to the post office to look at it). Sure you can wrap all that you want! That's a great idear! I love it! I'm also going to slip in a Christmas Card and maybe a short letter. I'm always looking for nice pen pals :D (finished designing our 2015 Christmas Card this month so I could put cards in my "Don't Open Till Christmas Swaps" very cute!)

If u have bubble wrap just line the inside of the envie thats what I have done in the past

morgainegeiser 10/31/2015 #

The flat rate padded mailing envelope has the same measurements and if you use online mailing it costs $5.70 to mail it, $6.10 if you go to the counter at the post office.

In my opinion, you can fit a lot more in the padded envie mailer.

peanutsmommy7 11/10/2015 #

This was a lot of fun. I had a blast filling my envelope to the max!
