"Moving is living" letters + souvenir swap

I am just about to relocate to another part of my country, starting everything in my life from scratch once again. I am a little afraid, still I think that "moving is living"! :) I'm curious about the moving/relocation experiences of other people, as very few people in my circle can support me with any experiences in this matter.

• Have you ever changed the place you live in for another country/state/city?
• Have you started everything from scratch in a new place?

I would love to exchange our experiences and good advices :)
